Dr. “Buzz” Alexander
Specialist in Dentistry for Infants, Children, and Teens

Dr. Morris D. Alexander, known to his patients as Dr. Buzz, is a native of Tennessee. After graduating from the University of Memphis with a bachelors of Science degree in Biology he attended dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Buzz spent two additional years enrolled in their pediatric dentistry post doctoral program to become a pediatric dentist. This specialized program of study and hands-on experience prepared him to meet the unique needs of infants, children, and teens, including persons with special needs. After graduating, Dr. Buzz joined a practice on the big island of Hawaii for approximately two years. He missed Tennessee so much and decided to return home. Dr. Buzz has always loved Franklin so decided to make it his home, and has been serving the Williamson County community for over twenty years.

To stay current with the newest advancements in the pediatric dental field, Dr. Buzz remains committed to continuing education. This involves taking advanced courses in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, conscious sedation, and many other topics while still in practice.

As a father of three children, Dr. Buzz understands your child’s fears and the concerns that every parent has. As a doctor, you will find him to be kind, gentle and caring.
