Meet Dr. Buzz – Franklin’s Trusted Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Morris Alexander, affectionately known as Dr. Buzz, is a dedicated pediatric dentist and a proud Savannah, Tennessee native with a passion for helping children develop healthy, confident smiles.
Education & Specialized Training
Dr. Buzz earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Memphis before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. His passion for working with children led him to complete a two-year pediatric dentistry post-doctoral program, where he received extensive training in caring for infants, children, teens, and individuals with special needs.

With a deep commitment to staying at the forefront of pediatric dentistry, Dr. Buzz continually advances his education in areas such as:

A Journey from Tennessee to Hawaii… and Back!
After completing his pediatric dentistry training, Dr. Buzz gained invaluable experience practicing on the Big Island of Hawaii for two years. While he loved the adventure, his heart remained in Tennessee. Missing home, he returned and chose Franklin as his forever home, where he has proudly served the Williamson County community for over 30 years.

As a father himself, Dr. Buzz understands the concerns parents have and the fears children may feel about visiting the dentist. Known for his kind, gentle, and caring nature, he is dedicated to making every child’s dental experience positive, comfortable, and fun!
